Returns

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it for free within 60 days of delivery by following the below steps. We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time. 

Please note that electronic products, sportsmasks and underwear can only be returned if found to be defective.

We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, however the complete process can take up to 21 days.

 

1. PRINT LABEL

Print your free return label by logging in or entering your order number and email address at the base of this page, and following the steps to generate the label. 

2. PACK

Place the item(s) you’d like to return, along with this Delivery Summary, in the original package or a suitable alternative.

3. ATTACH LABEL

Attach the prepaid return label to the package, over or in place of the original delivery label.

Please note the tracking ID (long number) on this label if you wish to track the progress of your return.

4. POST

Take the package to your preferred drop off point for UPS.

It is not possible to select an alternative carrier for free returns.

5. REFUND

Once we have received and processed your package at our warehouse we will notify you and process your refund as soon as possible.

Please note that all returns are sent from Switzerland to the Netherlands weekly and it can take up to 10 business days for products to reach us.

IN STORE RETURNS
It is only possible to return items ordered online via the online returns process.
Any items purchased in a retail store may only be returned to the same store from where the item was purchased.
